Carry out all responsibilities in accordance with company's commercial, production, maintenance,safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Manage the field operations in a safe and prudent manner so as to minimize the risk topersonnel, company property and the environment; and act on behalf of the OperationManager when required.
Ensure the competency of WHP operators by carrying out SVQ assessment and train them in all aspects of production, e.g. wellsite, stimulation and processing to be an effective operatingforce in the field.
