Descon Graduate Training Program 2017-2018 - Inviting Applicants for;
Engineering - Trainee
Management - Trainee
Qualification and Selection Criteria:
a. The applicants must have aggregate 70% GPA in the area of their education, The graduation should be from a recognized university and studied in regular stream.
b. Engineering Trainee, must be qualified with B.E./ B Tech. (Mechanical Engineering/ Electronics & Electrical, and Electronics & Instrumentation.
c. For Management Trainee, must be qualified with MBA/PG Diploma in Management (any Management stream), CA, CS, ICMA, Post Graduates (M.Com) etc.
d. Other Skills: Candidates should be motivated Individuals, who display interest in extracurricular activities. Must posses excellent English written and oral communication and computer skills are desired.
