Interested in speaking with Civil Engineers experienced on Combined Cycle and Water Desalination projects for a client in the Middle East. You must have worked on projects from the Design and Engineering phase through to full commercial operations on behalf of an owners engineer or for the client / utility. You will initially be evaluating Bids and Tenders of OEM and EPC contractors and eventually supervising all works on site on behalf of the owner.
