URGENT REQUIRED TEAM LEADER MANPOWER PLANNING FOR UAE LEADING OIL & GAS COMPANY • Duration of service is 6 months extendable
• Ability to do forecasting manpower
• Familiar with techniques of manpower analysis
• Familiar with manpower budgeting
• Ability to design and implement succession planning
• Familiar with known manpower planning tools such as Workforce Score Card
• Recommended to have exposure in one of EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) companies
• At least Bachelor Degree holder in Business or HR or Commerce or Economics
• 10-15 years’ experience
