Qualification & Experience:
• Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of related experience in site operations
• Minimum 4 years of experience as Supervisory/Team Leadership responsibilities

Skill and Requirements:
• Demonstrated skill in managing a multi-disciplined team
• Demonstrated skill in managing multi-task activities
• Knowledgeable on upstream/downstream oil & gas operations for offshore/onshore facilities
• Knowledgeable on construction methods and prerequisites (scaffolding, lifting, material handling, fitting, and welding, etc.)
• Knowledgeable on fundamental mechanical engineering international standards and codes of practice
• Knowledgeable on QHSE
• Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution, and customer orientation skills
• Demonstrated skill in managing a multi-disciplined team
• Demonstrated skill in managing multi-task activities
